Dagdag pa ni Aguirre, maaaring gamitin ang testimonya ni Estrada upang patunayan na mayroong nangyayaring anomalya. Magsasagawa naman ng fact finding ang DOJ upang malaman kung sinu pa ang dapat makasuhan sa DAP anomalies.
